 Volunteering
As a community builder believer, I value volunteering. My favorite place to do this is in my church. I teach the grade 1 children about the Gospel of God. It is so amazing to see their faces light up as they hear about Him and how He loves us.
"Share The Warmth" is a program I am involved in as well. We collect used hats, mitts, boots, coats, etc., and distribute them to local shelters, City Kidz and Pregnancy Centers. It's a wonderful way to help out.
Soupfest-produced by The Living Rock, a place for at risk teens, is another event I love to help out. It is usually in February and is an amazing amount of fun. Come on out and get your tummy full of the most amazing soups for all of Hamilton's top restaurants and vote for your favorite! Held at The Hamilton Convention Centre. Watch The Spec and listen to the radio for the next one!
