"Smiley helped us find our dream home that we will live in until we no longer can. What we noticed was that her cell number is available to the public and not a secret. That means someone is calling about the house you have for sale she will answer. What impressed me was that I had called her cell phone before we became a client got her answering machine, I don't like to leave messages and I would call later. To my surprise Kim had noticed my number on her cell phone display and called me back. That impressed me because that means Kim won't miss an opportunity , I could have been a wrong number. Kim enjoys people and she likes to help them, in our opinion she enjoys the joy she can provide by giving you good news ... her pay is the added bonus. Her no nonsense approach to business is refreshing to see not the typical show boat saleperson that litters the market today. Kim wants you to be happy, it makes her happy. We put her through septic inspections, wallowing through rain soaked fields. We have never seen anyone so determined to find answers. She will ask anyone who may know the slightest thing about the property, since we are looking at rural property this was an added bonus.
